When can I pick up my Huon Valley posy?

From September to March, we accept orders everyday (except Sundays) up until 12 noon for next day pick up from our Lucaston floral studio - Monday to Saturdays. On occasion we are able to deliver in the Hobart, Huon and Channel areas, so please ask us if you are unable to collect your order. Delivery information here.

Can I pre-order?

Yes, yes we love pre-orders. We won’t be able to show you exactly what your bunch will look like, but we can assure you it will always be sustainably grown & just picked in the Huon Valley, seasonal and beautiful.  

How do I edit an order?

If you need to make any changes before 12noon on pickup day, please send the update to: woodlandshuonvalley@gmail.com or phone 0439 074 734.

Refunds

Due to the nature of perishable items, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after collection. All orders are final and non-refundable.

Feedback is very important to us. Perhaps the most important part of delighting with flowers. If you have any issues with your order or the quality of our blooms, please contact us.

Caring for your Flowers

Keep your flowers as cool as possible and keep their water fresh every 1-2 days.

1. Gently remove the flowers from their recycled paper

2. Fill a vase 2/3 full with cool water

3. Trim about 2cm off the stems diagonally and remove any foliage that will be under water

4. Place the flowers into the vase and arrange them as you like

5. Re cut the stems and change the water every 1-2 days

6. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, heaters and away from fruit
